We walked for about 3 1/2 hours around Bethel. From 6th avenue, thru Brown Slough, and then out to the Kuskokwim River. We saw lots of stuff along the way, including people. Everyone was so excited to be outside at 20 degrees after what seemed like decades inside because of -20 degree weather.

I told Ruby when the river starts flowing her birthday will happen. Progress towards break up and Ruby's birthday is beginning.
