I hate salads but if I could get one of my salads to taste like this each time then I would eat a huge bowel everyday. In this salad I ate green lettuce, red bell pepper, shredded carrot, sunflower seeds and broccoli. A little fresh parmesean over the top. What it all came down to was the salad dressing. I mixed a little red wine vinegar, dijion musturd, olive oil, a little dill, one garlic clove and a scallion. Um mmh, so good. :)
