This fish is considered a white fish and found when the salmon are not running. Our friend puts out a net under the ice on the river and caught a whole bunch of fish and gave us some. We had to call Dorothy our neighbor over to show us how to cut the fish. She showed Greg how to cut it with an Ulu.
End result a bowl full of fish.

How does it taste?
Greg says it tastes good, light but with a lot of bones. I still don't eat fish. :)
